Arthur and I always visit the Museo Correr when in Venice.
Although it is located in the very busy heart of Venice, Piazza San Marco, it is seldom crowded and a great escape from the crowds.
While we usually go to spend time with the extensive collection of Neoclassical sculpture by Canova , this time I looked at the bronzes mostly of the 16th century and at the period rooms covered in Rubelli Fabrics.
